The Challenge
Appointments were kept in a notebook, sales on paper, and stock levels were anyone's guess. Staff commissions and payroll were computed by hand each cycle, leaving the owner without a reliable picture of how the salon was really doing.
Our Solution
We built an internal back-office covering clients, services, staff, appointments, point-of-sale, inventory, expenses, payroll, and reports. Money is stored precisely to the centavo, financial records are append-only, and everyday records are soft-deleted so nothing is ever truly lost.
